He did finish in the money in one event, however didn't come close to the final table, plus he was the bubble boy in another event.

He's a top-level pro, a contender in any event, who is better ?

Few are better but alot of people are starting to call him on his rasies since he bet's big on draw's and people are catching on. The difference between this year and his success last year are that people are calling him this year and he isn't catching the card on the turn or river.

To be honest im more interested in DN heads up match against Barry Greenstien for $500 000 7card stud hi/low with an 8 or better qualifier match than the World Series final table.

I wouldn't agrue who is better than DN but I don't think he is the clear cut best player in the world ala Tiger Woods use to be in Golf before Singh came on strong. There are a bunch of people who can give DN a run for his money.

fair enough ! A top 10 Golfer is more dominant than a 10 ten poker player, is the point , I think you attempt to make.


Any bloke can win a poker tourny with some luck, same bloke doesn't win a golf or tennis tourny. I can't beat an Agasi in tennis, but I can beat a Hellmuth in Poker.

I do, all im saying is that DN isn't the clear cut best player. On that top level there are a handful of people i'd consider to be close to his equal, Chip Reese, Johnny Chan, Barry Greenstein, Phil Ivey, Ted Forrest come to mind in overall play as well. Not saying any are better then DN but if someone wanted to agrue that fact it wouldn't be far fetched.

No , not tracking it, it doesn't matter , much to me , proves little ! Hellmuth against Mouth for same stakes, what does it matter ? Proves little !

Me against any poker pro, I could beat them, maybe 20%, ( I'd say 35%), in heads up 0% against Federererererer, unless Roger breakshis ankle during match !

Odds estimate please, discount the purse... Me against DN ! I'm more a 7 stud player, not even an online player. I'm no dummy but , far from experienced NL hold' em player matched against DN. I say I have about 20% chance against Danny !
